| Extreem DJ Entertainment
has been entertaining Greek Canadians at various social functions from
the early 1990's. Angelo Stathopoulos, a.k.a. DJ Extreem, began with various
social functions before entering the club scene. The start of it all began
in Toronto's Yorkville area. Avissos was the first bar/lounge to
introduce "Greek Nights" to Toronto. Soon after Avissos, the next
home for DJ Extreem was Kefi Bar. Toronto wanted something bigger.
The time was right and DJ Extreem was the resident DJ at Berlin Nightclub
in Toronto's uptown. Every Wednesday for one and a half years, the club
was jumping. The nights were also live to air on Greek radio. It proved
to be the city's favourite "Greek Night". The next stop was Toronto's
longest running "Greek Night": Venus nightclub was the hot spot
in Toronto's downtown theatre district every Thursday night for three
years. Tonic nightclub, the next home for DJ Extreem, was the world's
first interactive multi-media club. DJ Extreem has also appeared at various
Greek Nights at such clubs as Lotus, The Guvernment (Skybar, Orange Room,
Charlie's), Bauhaus, Bar One, Blu, The Docks, Ithaca, Paparazzi and Splash.
DJ Extreem currently DJ's at various Greek Nights in Toronto, across Canada,
and the United States. |
